How to raise an issue
Email corrections@schoolconnection.co.uk with the page address, the passage or claim concerned, why you believe it is inaccurate or incomplete, and any evidence that supports your request.
Please identify any time-sensitive safeguarding, legal or security concern clearly. Do not send confidential pupil information unless we have agreed a secure route with you first.

How we respond
- We assess the published claim against the best available evidence and may seek further information.
- A material factual error will be corrected promptly and the correction will be made clear to readers.
- A clarification may be used where the original statement was not false but lacked context or could reasonably mislead.
- A monitored evidence briefing may be updated when the underlying position changes; an update is not necessarily a correction.
- Content may be withdrawn where it can no longer be supported, creates a serious avoidable risk or has been superseded by a clearer canonical account.

What we need from correspondents
A request to change an unwelcome but accurate conclusion is not, by itself, grounds for correction. We will consider substantive counter-evidence and preserve uncertainty where the evidence does not justify a definitive position.
